✅ Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

You can request a refund or replacement if:

  • 🧾 You received the wrong product.

  • ❌ The product is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.

  • 📦 The product you received is incomplete or items are missing.

Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, size issues, or dislike of color/design. Please check all details carefully before ordering.


🕒 Time Frame:

  • You must request a refund/replacement within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • After 3 days, unfortunately, we cannot process any return requests.


📸 Proof Required:

To process your request, kindly email us with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear pictures of the product (highlighting the issue)

  • Short explanation of the issue

🚚 Return Process:

  1. Send us the required details via email.

  2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will guide you with the return/replacement procedure.

  4. Product must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.

Customer will bear the return shipping cost, unless the mistake was from our end (wrong/damaged item).


💸 Refund Method:

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

  • Processing time: 3 to 5 working days after item verification.
